Lightwoods Afterwoods Club maintains a fully comprehensive public liability insurance.

The club staff will hold First Aid and Food Hygiene Certificates.

Child Protection Statement

The club is committed to producing good quality care for all children. All staff will have a current DBS clearance.

The well-being of the child is important to us therefore we have a duty to report to Social Services a child that we suspect may have been abused or neglected.

EYFS Reception, Years 1&2:

Morning session:
8:00 – 9:00am	£4.50 (breakfast will be provided in this session)
Afternoon session:
3:30 – 4:30pm	£4.50
4:30 – 5:30pm	£8.00 (a snack will be provided in this session)

KS2, Years 3-6:

Years 3-6:

Morning session:
7:45 – 8:45am	£4.50 (breakfast will be provided in this session)
Afternoon session:
3:15 – 4:30pm	£4.50
3:15 – 5:30pm	£8.00 (a snack will be provided in this session)

PLEASE NOTE: A late collection will remain of a rate of £10.00 for each 15 minutes per child.

If your child is unwell or unable to attend, the session fee will still apply unless you inform the school office when calling in absent. However, if you wish to change a session, we can accommodate your request at no extra cost, provided it is possible. The session fee will not be reduced if you decide to collect your child early.

Payments must be made via Arbor, our online payment system, or through childcare voucher schemes.

The school reserves the right to refuse your child if the club is already at its maximum capacity.
