Arbor

We’ve outlined the essentials for using Arbor, but you can find more detailed information and videos at Arbor Parent Portal and App Support.

Logging In for the First Time

You will receive a welcome email with your login details and a link to the browser version of the Parent Portal, where you will need to set up a password. This cannot be done through the app, as the password reset links only work in a browser. You can use a computer or a mobile browser on your phone or tablet.

  1. Click the link in the email, then select “Forgot your password?”.
  2. Enter your email address and click “Reset password”.
  3. If you have a child at more than one Arbor school, choose the relevant school.
  4. You will receive another email. Click the link in this email to set your password.
  5. Create your password and click “Create password”. You will then be logged in.
  6. Accept the terms and conditions.
  7. For security, you will be asked to confirm one of your child’s dates of birth. Once verified, you will be logged in.
  8. You can now close your browser and switch to using the app.

Arbor App

  1. Visit your app store and search for ‘Arbor’. The logo should look like this: .
  2. Download the app.
  3. Allow push notifications to avoid missing important messages.
  4. Enter your email address (do not use the auto-generated username, only your email).
  5. Select the school and enter your password, then click “Log in”.
  6. If you have multiple children at the school, select the child you wish to view first. You can switch between children once logged in.

Paying for School Dinners

  1. From the menu icon (bottom left), click “Payments”.
  2. Select the relevant account to view details or top up.
  3. Click the green button to top up the account.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to add and your card details.
  5. Click “Pay”. You may need to authenticate the payment. Once complete, you will be notified of the successful payment.

Wraparound Care

To book a space in breakfast or after-school clubs:

  1. From the menu icon (bottom left), click “Clubs”.
  2. You will see a list of available clubs for your child.
  3. Click on the relevant club and select “Register for this club”.
  4. Choose the membership option and click “Next”.
  5. Select the desired days and click “Apply”.
  6. Click “Next”.
  7. Confirm your time slot from the dropdown boxes and click “Next”.
  8. Click “Register for Club”.
