During their visit, families will have the opportunity to explore our school’s classrooms and facilities, speak with staff and pupils about life at Lightwoods Primary Academy, and meet the Principal.

Families are advised to contact the school directly to book an appointment time that suits them and arrive early to allow ample time to make the most of their visit, helping them make a well-informed decision for their child’s education.
Applications for parents applying for reception places opened on Monday 11 September 2023 for Sandwell residents. From this date, parents of children moving into reception will be able to apply for their place via their local authority. The deadline for reception applications is Monday 15 January 2024.
